Yellowstone International Air Show
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
This giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Loud Lark Media, 1302 Avenue D Suite 103, Billings, MT 59101 (the "Sponsor"). The Promotion is not administered by, and the Sponsor is solely responsible for it, separate from the Yellowstone International Air Show and its organizers, unless stated otherwise below.
2. Entry Period
The Promotion begins at [12:00 a.m.] Mountain Time on 8/22/2026 and ends at [11:59 p.m.] Mountain Time on 8/23/2026 (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper for the Promotion.
3. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the State of Montana who are 13 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Entrants under 18 must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to enter, and any prize awarded to a minor will be awarded in the name of, and delivered to, that parent or legal guardian, who must accept the prize and all conditions on the minor's behalf.
Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members, are not eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, complete and submit the entry form at https://hot1019.com/airshow-giveaway during the Entry Period. All required fields must be completed, including a valid email address.
Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Entry Period. Entries submitted by any automated means, bot, script, or other mechanical device, and entries using multiple email addresses or identities, will be void and may result in disqualification.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or that Sponsor determines in its sole discretion to be fraudulent will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled, or not received for any reason, including technical failures of any kind.
5. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize: 2 VIP ticket(s) to the next Yellowstone International Air Show, on a date to be announced by the Yellowstone International Air Show organizers. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $700 USD.
Total ARV of all prizes: $700 USD.
The prize is awarded "as is," with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. The prize is non-transferable, may not be sold or auctioned, and no cash equivalent or substitution will be offered, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
The prize does not include transportation to or from the event, lodging, meals, parking, merchandise, or any other expense. All costs and expenses not expressly stated as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The prize is subject to all terms, conditions, and admission policies imposed by the Yellowstone International Air Show and its venue, including any age, conduct, security, or access restrictions applicable to VIP areas. A minor winner may be required to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at the event.
6. Contingency on a Future Air Show
The prize will only be awarded if the Yellowstone International Air Show organizers publicly announce a date for a future Yellowstone International Air Show on or before 8/23/2027.
If no such date is announced on or before 8/23/2027, the Promotion will be cancelled, no drawing will be held, and no prize of any kind will be awarded. Entrants will have no claim against Sponsor in that event.
If a date is announced and the event is subsequently cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled, or if the winner is unable to attend on the announced date for any reason, Sponsor's sole obligation is to provide VIP tickets to the rescheduled event if and when VIP tickets are made available to Sponsor. No cash or other substitution will be provided.
7. Drawing and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor within 5 business days after the Yellowstone International Air Show organizers publicly announce the date of the next air show. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry, within 5 business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond and confirm acceptance within 2 days of the first notification attempt. If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond within that period, declines the prize, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries, at Sponsor's discretion.
Sponsor may require the winner (or the winner's parent or legal guardian, if the winner is a minor) to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release before the prize is awarded.
8. Privacy and Email List
By entering, you consent to Sponsor collecting the information you provide on the entry form and adding your email address to Sponsor's internal email list.
Sponsor will not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with any third party, except as necessary to administer the Promotion and award the prize, or as required by law.
You may unsubscribe from Sponsor's email list at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email Sponsor sends, beginning with the first email you receive. Unsubscribing does not affect your entry or your chance of winning.
9. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the ARV of the prize is $600 or more, the winner may be required to provide a Social Security number or taxpayer identification number for tax reporting purposes, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 as required by law.
10. General Conditions
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, or acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless the Sponsor, the Yellowstone International Air Show and its organizers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of the Promotion shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Yellowstone County, Montana.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X, or any other social media platform. Entrants release these platforms from any liability related to the Promotion.
11. Winner Name
For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Loud Lark Media, Attn: VIP Ticket Giveaway Winner, 1302 Avenue D, Billings, MT 59101, to be received no later than 9/30/2027.
